With over 20 years in the property insurance industry, I have evolved from a boots-on-the-ground adjuster into an architect of claims infrastructure.
My career is defined by a decade of high-level leadership, including the administration of a $490 million adjusting portfolio for a state insurer of last resort and the development of national mediation and claim-handling protocols.

My journey began as a Catastrophe (CAT) Adjuster, handling claims across diverse climates and regulatory landscapes nationwide. This "cross-country" exposure provided me with an intimate knowledge of construction methods, materials, and the complex statutes that govern claims from coast to coast. My leadership is rooted in real-world, high-pressure field experience—not just theory.

I moved from handling claims to defining how they are handled at scale. I bridged the gap between technical adjusting and modern technology by:
